Privacy

When you submit an enquiry, we use the contact details, project location, specifications and drawings you provide to answer the request, prepare a quote and coordinate approved work. Access is limited to people who need the information for estimating, production, accounts or delivery.

Project files are treated as commercially confidential. They are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, order, warranty, record-keeping or legal obligations, and they are not sold. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@everbuildmaterials.ca.

Terms of sale

The written quotation for each project controls price, validity, deposit, payment schedule, lead time, delivery and stated tolerances. Production begins only after the required material and shop-drawing approvals are received. Changes after approval may affect price and schedule and will be documented before work continues.

Natural variation within the approved slab or sample is not a manufacturing defect. Delivery damage or dimensional concerns must be recorded promptly with photographs and piece references. Ever Build manufactures, packs and delivers components. Installation, site preparation and field modification remain the responsibility of the customer and its trades unless the written quotation expressly says otherwise.

Natural material disclaimer

Natural stone varies in colour, vein, tone and mineral content between slabs and within a single slab. Fissures, pitting and mineral inclusions are inherent characteristics, not defects. Samples and photographs indicate character only. Where appearance is critical, you approve the slab layout before cutting, and that approval is the reference point for acceptance.

Cookies

This static site does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Essential hosting logs may record technical details such as IP address, browser and requested page for security and reliability. The site loads web fonts from Google, which may receive standard request information. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.

Accessibility

We aim to make this site usable with a keyboard, screen reader, text zoom and reduced-motion settings, following WCAG 2.2 AA as the working standard. If you encounter a barrier or need project information in another format, email info@everbuildmaterials.ca and describe the page or document you need.
