Production route
Every stage has a clear output.
Durations are typical working ranges. The quote and approved schedule control the dates for your project.
Approve drawings and layout
We check dimensions, place pieces on the slab and return seam and vein decisions for sign-off.
Cut the pieces
Bridge saw, 5-axis or waterjet cutting follows the approved nesting order and fixture details.
Finish surfaces and edges
Profiles and finishes are matched across the run, with hand work where the transition needs it.
Inspect every piece
Critical dimensions, cut-outs and finish are checked against the approved drawing.
Protect, label and dispatch
Pieces are packed for the route and labelled so the installer can unpack in drawing order.
Before production
Changes are easiest before approval.
Seams, grain direction, fixtures, edges and finish should be settled on the shop drawing. Later changes can affect material, price and schedule.
